When you retire from your job in Japan and return to your home country, you are entitled to receive the money you have accumulated.
In Japanese, this money is called "Dattai-Ichijikinn=Lump-sum Withdrawal Payments”. Please consult with us before you leave Japan or within two years of your return.

The high-cost medical care reimbursement system
Even if you suffer a serious illness or injury, you will not have to pay more than a certain amount under Japan's high-cost medical expenses system.
The high-cost medical care reimbursement system is a system that provides reimbursement when the amount paid at the counter of a medical institution or pharmacy (*) exceeds the maximum amount in a single month (from the beginning to the end of the month). The amount does not include the cost of food or bed balance at the time of hospitalization.
